Gift Vouchers

Git Vouchers have a 12 month (1 year) life from date of purchase and are redeemed in the checkout page of the website.

Vehicle and Equipment Responsibility:

You or your organisation is responsible for providing vehicles for training.

Vehicle and Equipment Suitability:

All vehicles used during the training must be roadworthy and suitable for the designated tasks.

Driver Requirements:

All participants must hold a current and relevant driver’s license, with a minimum of a provisional license. Learner’s permits are accepted for Defensive Driving Programs with a supervising driver attending with them. (currently not accepted on Advanced Program or 4WD Training programs) and please refer to the information here – Learner Driver – 925 Driving

Program Exclusivity and Minimum Participant Requirements:

Unless otherwise specified, all programs are non-exclusive. Some programs may require a minimum number of participants to proceed.

Participant and Guest Policy:

Our programs are designed exclusively for participants. To maintain a focused and safe environment, family members, partners, observers, and pets are not permitted. Thank you for your cooperation.

Participant Limitation and Booking Requirement:

A maximum of two drivers per vehicle from your organisation (or booking) is allowed, and each participant must have a confirmed booking to attend the program.

Pricing and Payment Terms:

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).  Bookings and payments are required to be made online.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy; Fees and Guidelines:

By completing a booking, you accept Performance Driving Australia’s cancellation policy, which outlines fees based on the notice period provided. Please refer to the following guidelines:

 

    • Rescheduling with a notice period of 30 days or more will incur no fees.
    • Rescheduling made with a notice period of 14 or more days will incur a fee of $50.
    • Rescheduling made with less than 14 days’ notice will forfeit the booking – alternatively, name changes are available at no additional fee.
    • Refunds are not available for any booking made.
